"Snowtown" was probably THE most disturbing movie I ever saw in my life.

I honestly couldn't finish watching it.

Requiem for a dream is one of my most favorite movies. I even own it. That being said, I've only watched it twice. I enjoy movies that make me feel something, even if it isn't always pleasant.

    However...
    Human Centipede 2
    The Hills have eyes 2
were both absolutely disgusting and would not recommend them to anyone EVER!

Then there's the documentary Earthlings. It's the most traumatizing, violent, upsetting movie I've ever seen. I do highly recommend it though. It changed my life.

You didn't find out about Zodiac, because nobody ever did. That really happened out in San Fransisco. They never caught the guy. Human Centipede was probably THE most f***ed up movie I've ever seen.

Requiem for a Dream, hands down. That movie left me with such a feeling of sadness and hopelessness. I was disturbed for a long time after watching it and will never watch it again.

Its a TV movie....Tuesdays With Morrie...

I saw this at the theatre a few weeks ago, sobbed my little heart out. The author, Mitch Albom, writes some incredibly moving books.

I saw The Elephant Man as a child as was very affected by that.

And I haven't seen the full film but Human Centipede is pretty disturbing...it's just so f***** up!

I haven't checked and I'm sure it's been said, but pretty much any Darren Aronofsky film. The first post was 'Requiem For A Dream,' so that one is given. 'The Wrestler', 'Pi' & 'Black Swan'. Chris Nolan's films 'Momento' and 'Following.'

David Fincher's 'The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.'

    That's my list.

I'm reading over these and all of these are good choices I almost forgot about! Although I preface that by clarifying that while these movies make me feel bad, I don't hate them!! Although 'Saw' is an exception. Fricking hated Saw.

Another one is Bridge to Terabithia. ALL THE FEELS, MAN! I couldn't stop bawling.

Pay it Forward. I had no idea what the movie was about and was watching with my wife and kids. The ending just plain sucks. I think it was poorly done and sent the wrong message in my opinion. I was pissed about it for weeks.

For some reason, The Sixth Sense really affected me. I think it's partly because I was like, 12 when I saw it. The little kid having to basically live with dead people just seriously freaked me out. Especially the part where the bodies are hanging in the gym. Ugh.

Also, The Ring. Just because, well, it's The Ring. Who DIDN'T get freaked out by that movie? I was relatively young when I saw it as well and seriously...I don't think I've ever been that scared by a horror movie. Like, for WEEKS I was scared. It was silly.
