I think the movie that made me feel the worst was 'Requiem for a Dream.' I was not okay for weeks after that movie.

Yeah... that one was difficult to watch.
Trainspotting is along those same lines, but it least it had a happy-ish ending.0 -
hell raiser...........enough said0

The Basketball Diaries0

"Wolf Creek" didn't do much for me, but I think "Rec" is probably the one and only film that has genuinely chilled me to the bone. <shudder>0
-
End of Watch...which I watched with my police officer boyfriend, why he let me I dont know!0

Dirty Pretty Things
Black market organ trafficking - illegal immigrants in London.
I left the theater feeling horrible.
Just as a comparison, in Brazil, thousands of children of the lower classes vanish every year. The urban legend tells that they were adopted overseas or were used in the illegal traffic of human organs.0 -
Last house on the left ( think that is the correct name).0

the boy in the stripped pajamas0

I required a lot of Disney after that film............0 -
Caligula... This 1,000 yard stare isn't from hours on the treadmill... there just isn't enough soap and SOS pads to make you feel clean.0
-
Old Yeller, Hate that movie0

The first time I saw "IT" I was screwed up for days...and yes I'm still terrified of clowns. Went back to watch that movie again now that I'm older...not as scary as it used to be.
"The Secrets of NIMH"
emotionally/sad, I'd have to say "Sophie's Choice" and "Million Dollar Baby"0 -
Seven0
-
Les Miserables     .......and that was just over Russell Crowes singing lol, not too mention the movie was soooooo sad0
-
Pulp Fiction. Saw it in the theater and refuse to watch it ever since. The gimp scene really freaked me out.
I actually have a hard time watching Titanic. When it gets to the part where the Irish woman is telling fairy tales to her two kids as the water's rushing under the bed, then the elderly couple embracing... while the band plays on. Some movies I don't mind crying through, but that one I just really do not like at all.0 -
American Me.... That movie should be used in scared straight programs!0
-
Law Abiding Citizen. Took revenge to a whole new level.0
-
La Bamba. Not a movie to watch right after your brother dies in a motorcycle crash.0
-
Hachi, Marley & Me, Quill . . . you can probably sense a theme here.0

I sat in the movie theater crying for 10 minutes after it was over. I'm not a big cryer, either. I am never watching that movie again.0 -
