I'm on day 11. It's a little ouchy. I'm still attempting to do mine all in one to as my legs are a little like jelly after I've finished. For those that have completed it what sort if results have you seen? I have notices more muscle definition as I didn't really have any of that probably because I've lost 57lbs mainly through diet changes alone and not through exercise now if like to maintain. I'm heaviest than some of you ladies want to be but I'm the same weight I was at 19 so I'm happy and wearing a UK 10/120
