    I lost one pound.................Its great because I had been in a plateau for the last 6 months and I have last few pounds to lose.

    I'm up 1.2 lbs. this week, BUT I went down a notch in my belt which is much more important to me, so I don't care much about what the scale says. Progress is progress, no matter what form it takes!

    Down 1.7 lbs., my first loss since I joined a couple of weeks ago! I'm pretty happy, and it motivates me a lot!

    Lost 5 pounds this week for a total of 42. Had to move the scale around a few times to make sure it was correct. Have a good week everyone.

    Up 1 lb :/ Lots of reasons bloating might be happening though, so I'm gonna keep working hard and hopefully I'll see big progress next week!

    It's Friday Weigh in time....lost 5 pounds this week. Really tried to stay under calories and exercise all week. It paid off..

    Down 2.8 this week!!!! Next fri will be my 3 mo weigh in. Would love a 4.8 weigh in to hit 40 lbs. But any loss and I will be happy!!

    I lost .8 this week....but I bet I firmed up my muscles. I started doing weights this week. I feel great !

    Lost 2 pounds, I did not put in my earlier weight of 196.4 so I am very happy with that as getting discouraged as I am doing shred and I know in the first two weeks you put/gain muscle and muscles retain water and also doing the 250 squat challenge.....still frustrating......so was very happy......now weekend so need to stay on track

    I have lost over 2lbs this week usually only lose 1lb per week, quite happy with slow and steady but I will take anything as long as its a loss
