I don't really have a lot of full body pictures when I was at my heaviest weight--170+ pounds (I refused to weigh myself but I know it was at least 170). Currently I'm fluctuating between 144-147 pounds and started NROLW.

5'4" and down to 174 from 181 at my highest. (Wow, feel like a newbie, but I guess I have lost a little when I say it like that!) I was most comfortable around 135-140. Thanks for the motivation everyone!
I love seeing how different weights look so different on different people! It's so much more than a number on a scale. You all look amazing and mighty!0 -
Thanks to everyone for contributions and inspiration.
I started at 248lbs in February 2013 and my current weight is about 184. I don't know how to post photos (read & couldn't follow an explanation on here somewhere) but you could look at my profile photo. There aren't any new ones as I'm normally the one behind the camera.
145 lbs is the weight that would take me out of an overweight BMI & land in the "healthy" category - and hey! that's the same figure for all of us! :-) I was last that weight as a child, probably aged around 11 *blush*0 -
I'm 5'4". SW 180ish. CW 170ish. GW right now is 140 then re-evaluate once I get there. Was down to 125 a few years ago and lots of my friends said I looked to skinny but I felt my best then so who knows.0

I'm 5'4" and I weigh 176. My goal weight is 155- 150. Really eager to see success pics with that goal....
I'm exactly the same 5'4" and around 176, all my weight is around my hips mainly which is very unsightly! My goal is somewhere around 150 and if I get there I might push it to 140 but I'll be happy with 150!.
Add me and we can help each other if you like!! I just started (again) this week.
Good luck!0 -
I'm 5'4" (well, technically 5' 3 1/2') starting at 167, ultimate goal of hitting 145 to 130 (we'll see how I look/feel). I can't wait to be able to share progress photos!
Congrats to everyone on this thread!0 -
At my highest ~210 in 2008-2009
Now ~150
Trying to get down to 140 or so, then reevaluate.

What an inspirational thread! I don't have photos but I'm 5ft 4.5 and started at 210lbs last year. Am now 146lbs. My goal is 145lbs but may shift that to 140lbs. Am very happy with the way I look now but just want to shift some flab on the tummy (I blame my 4 yo daughter!).
Lost the weight primarily through eating at 10-15% of my TDEE (no exercise) and more recently, to shift the last 18lbs, fasting twice a week (5:2) and exercising.0 -
This is excatly what I needed. I am 5'5 170lb and fighting hard to get to 150lb. thanks for sharing. Y'all look great!!!!0
