There are few energy drinks that I used to drink before I started drinking black coffee. The Go Girl drinks are tasty plus any of the diet redbullls.0

sobe seems to be my fave at the moment.0

make a pitcher of water with lemon slices, orange slice, lime slices.. etc.. any fruit you want!! it's so good. or instead of water brew some tea, let it get cold and then add fruit to that!0

1) Water
2) Crystal Light Energy Packet (10 calories each) Grape is the best!
3) Diet Coke
This is all I drink....I drink lots and lots of water.0 -
Other then he obvious WATER which everyone here has said,
There's the other "taboos" dare I mention...
-Diet Soda, I found Diet Cherry Dr Pepper the other day, which is awesome.
-Mio, Crystal Light, Kool-Aid
-Flavored sparkling water
-Powerade Zero is one of my favorites after a jog.
BUT! I almost always drink plain ol' delicious water 95% of the time I consume liquids, I have diet soda or the others listed once every week/2 weeks.0 -
Diet tonic water with juice of a lime or lemon - bubbly, sweet n sour0
-
but still no one told me about this cucumber water please tell me about this???0

I recently got hooked on putting a few drops of essential oil (lemon or peppermint) in my water. It's delicious, and has health benefits. Also see someone on my Facebook wall putting a different combintion of fruits/herbs in a pitcher of water every day. delicious, healthy, and no calorie.0

I know it's not healthy but Pepsi Max! I was a pepsi addict and I could never have stuck to my calorie allowance this long without pepsi max!0

You know this one is coming... water, plain, or with a slice of lemon or lime...

Now I skip the lemon wedge most of the time.0 -
Water is the best zero cal drink.0
-
flavored seltzer0

Crush and Hawaiian Punch make little singles to put in a bottle of water. Only thing in it is 5 calories. I also like sparkling water you can find at walmart: black cherry, key lime, and cherry limeade are some of my favorites. Sparkling water helps me stay away from other sodas and I get my fizz fix0
-
I love the Crystal Light Lemon aid or the walmart generic version with frozen strawberries for ice cubes0
-
black tea no sugar0
-
At Walmart - the Sam's Choice flavored waters. Many different flavors and they have no calories, sodium, anything. Carbonated but not too fizzy, Very good!0

i hate water, but i love tea and that counts towards your daily intake of water. I dont like mio but i do like crystal light though i dont put the whole bit in cause its very sweet, i use about 2/3 of a "tube". Strawberry kiwi is my fav flavour from them.0

Water. I drink a ridiculous amout every day. I really love iced unsweetened green tea as well. Sometimes I add Stevia to change things up.0
-
with fruity teas you dont even need sugar or cream. Atleast i dont with apple cinnamon.0

Water is what does it. unsweetened hot or iced green tea is awesome too. But something you might not know about that I love is Monster Rehab. 10 calories per 16 oz can. only 3g of sugar. It's an energy drink, which I like because I don't dig coffee too much, and it comes in a couple different flavors mixed with iced tea. I think they have ice tea & lemon of course, iced tea & orange (also good), & iced tea & cranberry I think which I haven't tried.
Check it out0 -
I don't know where you are from but, where i live in Evansville, IN we have something called ICE. Its Sparkling Water. They have a lot of different flavors. 0 calories, 0 Fat, 0 sugar, etc... and it has no aspartame in it. I LOVE it !! I drink mostly plain water but every once in a while i want something else!!
Sparkling water is great!!!0 -
Arizona Diet Decaf Green Tea - Vitamin Water Zero - And of course lots of water!!!!0
-
I love water with lemon but when I need a little something bubbly I like Fresca. I try to limit "diet" drinks to 1 a day but more realistically I might drink 2. I drink a crap load of water though - like a gallon a day, so I'm not too worried about it.0

Water : )0

Squeeze some MIO into your water if you don't like drinking plain water all the time
MIO!!! I LOVE, I have increased my water intake dramatically after finding this. It helps make water less boring.0 -
Water with some mint leaves, very satisfying. Grow your own mint too, its easy.0
-
Sparkling ICE. LOVE this stuff. The Lemonade, Grapefruit, and Pineapple Coconut are my FAVORITES!0

EEEEWWWWW!!
I love plain ol' water, but some water you get at restaurants tastes horrible. I have recently switched from lemon wedges to those Dasani "flavor enhancing drops"0 -
My favorite drink is La Croix sparkling water. It has 0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 sodium. No artificial sweeteners, which I love because they trigger migraines for me. They come in 12oz. cans and in a variety of flavors, right now my favorite is Orange. Yummy! I probably drink about 4 to 6 of these a day.
If not La Croix, then Perrier or Pelligrino with fresh lime slices. Bubbly and so good.0
