I am still a work in progress, but here is my transformation thus far (I am 5'5"):
280lbs
250lbs
210lbs
195lbs (ahhhh, to be in onederland)
179lbs (infamous pants party - 100lbs)0 -

You guys are all amazing. Really has helped me motivate my *kitten* to get up and running! I'm an apple shape so guess my pics won't look as great as everyones since all my fat is in my mid section0

This is me at my highest, 258.8
Funny thing now, this jacket didn't fit me then and it doesn't fit me now! What a feeling to donate it because its too big!
Half way at 198
10 year wedding anniversary was 180, I got to 178!
And today, wearing the same shirt as above at my half way goal. Weigh in is tomorrow but I'm currently at 1680 -

I still have a bit more work to do but im slowly getting to where i want to be0 -

This is a great thread! So inspiring! I hope to post soon, once I get organized. I'm 5'4" and my max weight was 201 in 2006. I'm now about 155 and hope to get down to 120-ish (to run faster.) Seeing other people achieve these lofty goals is so inspiring!0

I am only 5'3 too and these pictures and stories are so motivating! Thank you all for sharing. I am just starting and have a lot of obstacles to climb over but you all have definately boosted my motivation and confidence that I can do this! Thanks everyone0

Don't know how to post a pick but my picture is a side by side of me. I am almost 5'4" before 246lbs. after 164lbs. and still shrinking. Working out and eating clean. Just started running and by running I mean jogging with some walking to catch my breath.0
