Wow you really have given me some hope! I am just starting out trying to lose some weight. After having 3 children I just want to look and feel better again. I just joined the gym and I hope to see some changes. My children are getting older and I just don't have the energy that they have. I am 32 years old and weigh 195. I am trying to start eating healthy. I work a full time job and I am so exhausted when I get off work. My children are all under the ages of 8. Forgot to mention I am a single parent. Where to find the time to stay focused? Do you work out every day? What is your eating habits? Would like to know how you created a schedule you could stick too.. Thanks!!!!!!0

Yesterday I found a photo that I had my husband take for me last April. It was at the point when I had lost about 27 lbs and was starting to run and lift weights. So I had him take the same pic for me yesterday (I'm now down 67.2 lbs.) I debated about posting this because I still want to work on more muscle definition but I'm happy with what a difference a year has made. I love lifting weights!! And hopefully this will inspire someone. Please excuse the stretch marks, but that's what two kiddos will do to you.
Just for reference this is my photo when I started - weighting 222 lbs in November 2011.
This was me last April, about 195 lbs or so:
And this is me yesterday, at 154.8 lbs:
So definitely stick with it, exercise and lift those weights!!!
