This post is so motivating! Congrats on everyone's amazing progress.
Here are my before andd afters...now I've had trouble posting photos so bear with me if it doesn't work...^.^
Note: My before pictures are virtually all I could find...My actual starting weight is about...10-15 pounds heavier than shown in the photos.
Before: 145-155 lb
After: 98 lb

that is totally awesome, is this just counting calories or do walk, exercise?? It makes me feel so much better to see it can be done after 450

I love this thread! It makes sure I have no excuses when I feel like Jillian is kicking my butt (I'm been doing JMBR for a month now). It's so inspiring to see people larger than me who have worked their butts off with exercise programs and people older than me (I'm pushing 50) with amazing bodies. You are all SO inspiring.
I don't have a lot of progress yet, but I see some progress in my belly:
I'm extended JMBR to six months by doing each set of DVDs for four weeks instead of two, so that's after a month with workouts 1 and 2.0 -

and a current at ~218

Everyone on this post looks so amazing, younger, healthier. Its hard work payed off because each of you look wonderful!!
Thanks to everyone! All those success stories are very inspiring and yes you can do it too!! All it takes is motivation and want! Thanks to you all for seeing a big difference its not even been 2 months yet and all i've done was change my foods to more veggies and fruits and exercise 3x a week usually cardio, treadmill and some boxing. I LOVE MYFITNESSPAL!! :>0 -
