    totally up to you.... I am going for all at once. If you don't think you can do them all at once, spreading them throughout the day is better than not doing at all :)

    I'm in! :) Starting today! I need some serious help with my abs. Jogging has worked before and I'm getting back to it, but some extra crunches won't hurt haha.

    Once it gets to be ALOT, I am going to spread it out throughout the day cuz there is NO way i will be able to do 125 crunches all at once :)
