    Good luck at your competition. It's amazing what a difference a 60 pound loss can make. Do you know what your body fat % loss is? I bet that is an even more significant loss. You look amazing. My biggest excuse for not dedicating more time to exercise is lack of energy. I have two little ones myself, a full time job, but thankfully I am still married. How did you overcome this obstacle and have enough energy to accomplish all you did?
