I am SURE you can do it. You will find that the work involved in the first month or 2 will become fun after that. My wife and I both find that getting enough calories is our problem now rather than feeling hungry. It is a great change. Between the 2 of us, we have lost over 80 lbs since March 23rd.
Oh . . and the great thing is that she went from being hot to smokin' hot!
Thanks for the words of encouragement Keith! If I reach my goal weight I will weigh less than I did when I met my husband.... So I get to be smokin' hot too, eventually!:happy: I'm already feeling much less hungry than when I started, and if I don't get the chance to get in some exercise, I'm totally bummed out! It IS a great change!0 -

Okay for me I have been here since April 1st and if you start my weight loss from this picture (I was 260lbs), to date I have lost 50 pounds. WOOOO!

if you check out my pictures you can see an idea of the 7 month change from going from 280 to 210. I did this 5 years ago just doing two cycling classes twice a week. I am now working on getting back down to 210.0
