Arm circles done! did 50 forwards with palms up then 50 backwards with palms up. then pointed my fingers downwards and bent my wrist and did 50 backwards then 50 forwards. OUCH! feel that burn!!!0

Does it do the body any good for you (me) to do the challenge in small pieces at large intervals or is it necessary fitness-wise to pack all 200 in at one time? (I'm chronically ill and I know I cannot do 200 without significant breaks. Still, I'd like to do what I can if it will be beneficial.) Thanks.0
