I've been really really bad about exercising. About 2 years ago it was like second nature to exercise but I just can't seem to find the motivation to get moving. So, I guess, what I am saying is I need LOTS of help in that department.
Although I have been eating better, no great but def better the scale hasnt moved and I know it's because of the lack of exercise in my life! So here's to a new start. Perhaps I will be in a medium size scrub pants with room! Wouldn't that be delightful!
