These are static numbers unless you want to bulk.
So dont eat back calories.
If you are lifting and looking to add lean mass, set MFP to TDEE and eat back lifting exercise calories on that day.

Bump so I have the most current thread.
Been scale-stalled for a while, but have lost some inches. Also had some changes in exercise routine that I'm getting back on track and hoping that will get me going again. I may also need to try the moderate setting instead of lightly active, since I'm one of those sits at a desk all day but tries to workout for an hour 3x/week types.
On the plus side, the cals that MFP had me at before was so low that my hair and nails dried out and I was tired all the time. IPOARM helped me reverse that and gave me some maths to geek over!0 -
