Bump so I have the most current thread.
Been scale-stalled for a while, but have lost some inches. Also had some changes in exercise routine that I'm getting back on track and hoping that will get me going again. I may also need to try the moderate setting instead of lightly active, since I'm one of those sits at a desk all day but tries to workout for an hour 3x/week types.
On the plus side, the cals that MFP had me at before was so low that my hair and nails dried out and I was tired all the time. IPOARM helped me reverse that and gave me some maths to geek over!0 -

Much clearer and easier to understand than the overly complicated previous versions ....but still isn't clear with what BMR to use for people with a lot of weight to lose.0
