    I'm in! Turn 30 on the 2nd May and want to get fit and tone up/lose some weight! Did well on here back in summer last year then with winter lost motivation. I have zero willpower, that's my fault.

    Good morning, I would like to join. But I do have a question....are we just going to post weekly weight ins or will there also be discussion, motivation and support? I am looking for a group where that is what will happen. I am starting a CrossFit program today and it will go for 8 weeks. Can't wait to see the results!~

    Weight on April 30th. Will add this later. I am going to make Tuesdays my weight in day as this is the day of my class. I am also going to wait until 6pm to weigh in. I want to use the scale at work and I want to make it the same time each week. I work until 5:45p and the class is at 6:30p so this gives me time to change out of work clothes and into workout clothes and weigh in.

    Want to get going on doing more exercise/moving this month! One of my 3 jobs is finished 5/13 (end of the semester) so I'll have more time and fewer excuses.

    Im in, im in desperate need! I weighed last week and was horrified, Im at my all time highest and cant believe it :(

    SW-190 (well a couple years ago when i first started it was around 160)

    at least i ordered a treadmill and I should get it this week!

    and as for weigh in dates I really dont know yet as my schedule is always so different, but mondays and tuesdays are usually best
