My favorite meal of the day by far. I'm a little set in my routine so always looking for new ideas.

Here's my breakfast today..

Don't make fun, I think food tastes better when it's pretty..Boyfriend said he compromised his masculinity by eating it..:laugh:

Forgot to add: It's 2 eggs with feta cheese, honey baked ham, 3/4 cup goat milk yogurt with almonds and chia, fruit salad

    2 homemade egg white wraps with canadian bacon, peppers and light feta cheese.
    and a banana.. because i was starving!!

    2 hard boiled eggs, sauteed yellow pepper & mushrooms, and some full-fat greek yogurt with kiwi and half an orange. Yum!

    Oatmeal (not the instant kind) , cooked with apple slices and a cinnamon stick. I served it with ground cinnamon topping and fruit of the season ( this week is strawberry).

    Also, two full eggs boiled when I workout. On my rest day it is just two eggs whites boiled.

    Green tea, no sugar, no sugar substitutes

    3 OZ egg white Omelet with Spinach, Tomatoes and Mixed bell peppers finely diced..
    Double Latte with skim milk
    1.5 oz beef Jerky ( impulse buy at the gas station)

    Not to bad.. I feel pretty full..

    1/2 cup old fashioned oats, 1 cup frozen mixed berries. Add 1 cup of water and some truvia (or sweetener of your choice). Microwave for 3 minutes...and baby, you've got a stew going.

    Green Smoothie...2 handfuls of spinach, 1 banana, 5 strawberries, 1/3 cup skim milk and a handful of ice. Blended. YUM!

    45 seconds for the eggs to cook in the microwave
    25 seconds for the bacon to cook in the microwave
    Muffin toasting while egg is cooking

    1 minute and 10 seconds later, breakfast is served

    2 Krispy Kreme Chocolate Iced, custard filled donuts and two servings of chocolate milk....I am so glad it is nice outside today for me to burn that off. :)

    So much prettier than my brown breakfast!!! :) I had oatmeal with vanilla almond granola crunch and milled flaxseed mixed in it this morning.

    a banana and some string cheese. Breakfast on the go. It's always some kind of fruit except on weekends when I have time to make eggs.

    That I could handle, but what about the prep and clean up? No time for that. I just grab my fruit and hit the door.

    Black coffee and my porridge. Its what I have pretty much every day if I have breakfast. For whatever reason, I never get sick of it.
