I am proud of myself for not giving up even though the scale is moving really slowly. I am also proud of myself for (so far) treating this like a lifestyle change !

I am proud that I was able to run six miles! Something that I never EVER thought I would be able to do.
I am proud that I was able to do ONE HUNDRED REGULAR push-ups yesterday! Mixed with three minute intervals of running...I almost died yesterday. So I'm proud that I kept it up and did all ten sets, even if I had to modify it and walk instead of jog the whole time...

I am proud for sticking to it even though the scale is not showing me any real progress. I am proud that I still plan my meals daily and do my workouts and give it 100% (which is hard doing turbofire). I keep pushing play everyday and for that I am proud and confident that the results will come.

I'm proud that I skipped the energy drink this morning and went for water instead.

    I'm proud of myself because

1- I haven't been this close to my initial goal weight in 10 years.
2- Instead of giving in when it got hard, I kept on going.
3- I actually want to do this now, instead of making myself
4- When people start commenting, I ignore them and go on!

When I get discouraged, I like to think about these things. It really picks me up!

    1. I have been going to the gym 2 to 5 days a week.
    2. I track it all in myfitnesspal
    3. I have lost almost 22 pounds in a month
    4. I fit into smaller pants from last summer.
    5. I don't give up. I fight through it.
    6. All the goals my Doctor made for me. I blew out the water.
    7. My confidence has SOARED.
    8. I worked out with a broken toe.
    9. I see that I can do this.
