I am proud of myself because I did not give up after having a torn bicep injury, (from walking a dog that lunged for a squirrel), after just getting started on my weight loss/healthier lifestyle journey. I am proud because I am back to mild exercise and tracking my calories again, and I am still down 13 pounds from the beginning of the year and I've started to lose again. I always give up after 3 - 4 weeks on a plan. Not this time, I'm sticking with it until I'm down to my goal weight. And reading everyone else's successes and what you're proud of just keeps encouraging me. Thank you all.0

I am proud because I started back in Jan and haven't given up. I have maintained a 10 pound loss, have eaten better than ever (used to be a fast/junk food junkie) and am able to say 2 pieces of pizza only - instead of the entire thing. I started working out and have gradually increased how much and tried new things!0

I am really proud that at 63 I have stuck with this since June 2012 and have lost 40 lbs. I feel amazing and like the way I look now although I want to lose a bit more. My husband of 67 really fancies me! I have the beginning of abs and slim, hard thighs. I am using dumbells. I work out for an hour every day and do other exercises. I am wearing skinny jeans and tight tops! What's not to be proud of!0

I can actually go in the store, and out to eat, and say no to the junk food that my body was taking in. I am proud of myself for being able to say NO.0

I am proud of myself for not giving up even though the scale is moving really slowly. I am also proud of myself for (so far) treating this like a lifestyle change !0

I am proud that I was able to run six miles! Something that I never EVER thought I would be able to do.
I am proud that I was able to do ONE HUNDRED REGULAR push-ups yesterday! Mixed with three minute intervals of running...I almost died yesterday. So I'm proud that I kept it up and did all ten sets, even if I had to modify it and walk instead of jog the whole time...:bigsmile:0 -
I am proud for sticking to it even though the scale is not showing me any real progress. I am proud that I still plan my meals daily and do my workouts and give it 100% (which is hard doing turbofire). I keep pushing play everyday and for that I am proud and confident that the results will come.0

I'm proud of myself because
1- I haven't been this close to my initial goal weight in 10 years.
2- Instead of giving in when it got hard, I kept on going.
3- I actually want to do this now, instead of making myself
4- When people start commenting, I ignore them and go on!
When I get discouraged, I like to think about these things. It really picks me up!0 -
