    I did the 50 for today, and my knees popped each time I stood back up. Is that normal?

    I did this in April, it is a lot of fun - you surprise yourself! I did, however, develop hip pain (likely unrelated as it has been happening since March) so bad that I could barely walk at one point, so I did have to quit two days from the end. :( Hip is feeling better though.
