    Wow ! simply amazing! You look so much more confident, (not to mention handsome). About the back injury... did the weight affect your pain level? My L4 - L 5 was also injured in a car accident about 15 years ago and I also gained weight from being laid up. I had a fusion done at that time and it helped make the pain better but I haven't noticed any improvement yet because of my weight loss. Did you? I hope when I reach my goal that the pain improves.

    It had a huge impact on my back pain, it completely went away. I was told it would be a long healing process, so I ended up just fighting a little pain in exercise. I no longer feel any back pains from weight lifting or anything.
