Vaginal weights, if needed, I will remove this post

I just watched a video about a lady who holds the world record for this! EEE!0

I actually worked in gyecology for 13 years and given that you have done kegel's and have had 3 , I am assuming vaginal deliveries, children I am doughting you are going to get any relief from weights or exercise I'd make an appointment with a gynecologist and go from there. There are a lot of surgical options that people seem to recover from fairly quickly. Good Luck!!0

definitely ask your doctor, but as for the people who are offended or think this "sounds weird" clearly they have never had children. someday they will feel ashamed of themselves for saying that. don't apologize, it's a legitimate question about a legitimate part of your body. but yes, i would ask your doctor.0

How much can you clench?
Bish, do you even Kegel?
This made me chuckle. Good ol' SNL0 -
Why do people have a problem with this? Vagina is not a dirty word. I have not encountered a leakage problem yet, but my mom did. She had the surgery a while back. Thank the Lord that things have changed a bit. The surgery isn't as bad as it used to be and the healing times are better too.
Leakage is sometimes a very embarrassing problem, and as a woman gets older it can happen ANYTIME ANYWHERE.
Weights? I don't know if I'd do that. Unfortunately, without any exercising of the muscles or surgery, pads like Poise are the only option to stop any leaks from becoming an embarrassing moment. My mom was glad of the surgery. She didn't have to worry about crossing her legs tightly whenever she sneezed, laughed or coughed.0 -
I agree with the majority of serious posters, kegels or ben wa balls. This should help.
Also, is this common for women with 3+ children? :noway:0 -
You can try weights like the Ben Wa balls. I use them. They help a lot. But I found the best exercise for the vag is ACTUAL exercise - walking/running/biking.0
-
Oh god. my mom has a set of them, I've been using them in my hands like this.
I'm going to be sick.0 -
Ben Wa balls are what you're going to want. They're fairly inexpensive, just make sure you buy ones that aren't painted or plated, as that can cause some irritation if you have a sensitivity.
Yes, ben wa balls. Added bonus they feel pretty good.0 -

OMG, spit water all over my computer. That was freaking hilarious. Now I can only imagine what the poster would look like.0 -

I would agree! I hope your mother doesn't use those! hahaha :laugh:0 -
I'm going to answer this honestly and not make a joke. Squats. Google its effect on vaginal "tightness."0

Intriguing - yet another reason to squats :drinker:0 -
I was at a passion party where they sold two types.. a light weight version and a heavyweight version.
The consultant said they're great, but don't try to wear them out when you go get groceries...
Apparently one of her ladies was feeling confident and wore them shopping and forgot to "hang on" and one fell out, rolled out her pant leg, and across the floor.
They are REALLY loud when they drop... and really... no one wants to touch them. LOL
As far as I know, they'd be minimal help for incontinence... but are apparently great for the overall experience.0 -

I just went to a Pure Romance party a couple weeks ago. They have a product, small steel balls about the size of marbles. The idea is to use those to help strengthen the muscles.
And that's all I'll say about that.
I used to be a Passion Parties Consultant... they are called Ben Wa Balls.0 -
With your muscles. Just like you'd grip any weight.how the hell do you 'grip them' lol0

Bumping even though I have no future plans to treat my vagina like a clown car0
-
Oh my stars.0
-
Do they vibrate? If they do, I'm in.
::happy:0 -
LOL Some people use them to exercise the muscles of the fingers. Some folks use them for other things. It's all good.Oh god. my mom has a set of them, I've been using them in my hands like this.
I'm going to be sick.0 -
by using your lady muscles... and i would try the connected ones rather than the separate kind. it cant hurt to try them out0

I personally have two sons which shouldn't have been a problem, but my last one weighted 10.11lbs. I had him naturally, so what do you think it has done to my >>>>>>? He's now 33 years old and doing fine, but mom is the one who has to worry about the embarrassing toll on my body (of course the added weight hasn't helped the situation). I am looking at surgery in my future, I'm sure. So I know where you're coming from and feel for you. Enjoy your weights and let us know if they help at all.0

And just as an added note - women with a prolapsed vagina cannot do squats for fear that everything that should stay inside will end up outside. Just saying!!0

This is awesome because I love doing squats!0
