I hope everyone had an awesome week!

Do you add your working as activity cals to baseline cals? I have my baseline as moderately active...so, I get 1440 in cals per week and I don't add the work cals...hmmmm...which would be better

Have to admit...I was so exhausted last night I was shivering in bed...I hate 12 hour shifts...felt so rundown and now I have a sore throat

How much do you burn walking around a casino? Guessing not much

I have mine set the way I did before. I forget which one its set to but its 1200 cals a day. I seem to only work 2 days a week, maybe 3. So I just add those cals to that day, I don't tend to eat them tho.

As for the shakes, that's horrible. Maybe start takin in more Vit C and B?

Casino walkin... ahh... hmmm... maybe just the accelerated heart rate and jumping up and down from a big win will count

super impressed by all the time you've been able to fit in working out!!!!! :) i saw your comment on the bottom and i know that personally when i give myself a day of rest (or a less intense workout) i actually find that i notice a change on the scale :) it doesn't make sense, and someone more knowledgable might disagree, but at least for me i've found that my body responds well to switching it up from time to time otherwise it gets used to running on super-charged exercise queen mode! :) just a thought!!! :)

Thank you! I appreciate your input. It seems like everyone always has contradicting input on what to do. I used to take a day off every week and someone said, "Maybe that's why you're not losing as much," so I was trying to work out every day. I think that I will start inputing a day off again and see what happens with my weight. I kinda do miss just relaxing and not worrying so much about how many calories I burned every single day.

    Thanks for your help!

When I did P90X before the HRM that I used didn't work the best at times and i hardly ever wore it, so last night was the first time I've done Kenpo with a HRM on. I burned over 500 calories! I didn't think I burned that many calories doing Kenpo!!

i've been really terrible this week when it comes to doing actual exercise routines!

i have, however, done lots of walking/cleaning/moving types of activities! that counts for something right?!? 400+ minutes by my MFP count!
