Ok so was BAD as I expected as was my 30th so have gained 2kg??!!! I'm sure ill lose it quickly this week though. Also have a thing on at work, who can lose the most proportional weight next 2 weeks (was 4 weeks but not done so good first 2...)

I really don't know how they came off because I`ve excercised less this past week, I ate junk sunday and i binged a bit, ate 3 ice cream bars like the magnum ones.... I do have a cold, maybe that's it?? Anyway, I`ll take it and I`m not complaining for the past 2 months, I've been losing a pound or two per week!! This really made my day...:flowerforyou:

Hello everyone - joining a little late here - oops. Always up for a challenge. My goal is to be 1 or 2 sizes smaller by mid-June. I've got a beach vacation coming up then and I'm not going to be the one hiding behind the towel this year. AND - I'm not on a diet, I've begun a healthy lifestyle. Diets don't work - you need to have a mental change of attitude towards eating and physical activity.
