    Awesome job!!!!! You look great!

I am curious. Since you did not know about MFP, did you have any type of support during all this loss?

    Wishing you the best!!

very nice! your skin looks like it tightened up very well, which is nice because some people after losing well over 100 pounds are left with alot of skin that sometimes has to be cut off! nicely done!

There is some, but I've always been semi-strong/athletic. Viking genetics maybe haha

well, i didnt see any in your video, so it must be very minimal! good job! maybe it is that viking streak in ya...

Great Job Man!! Congratulations on your weight loss.

I didn't get the resolve to make that change till I was 41. Wished I would have made it back when I was your age. I am sure I would have had a much more productive life. Good news is I have it now and I have lost almost 140lbs and I am now staring to work on building the muscle.

I had very little support, even opposition in fact, until the progress started coming. Change starts within, I don't rely on external validation.

Wow! That's fantastic. That would take soooo muuuch willpower. Hope I have as much success as you! PS Feel free to add me, if you'd like.

You don't need to hope, you can have it as well! If you want it bad enough, the only thing that can stop you is you.

Thanks for the wishes and for sharing your story.

I look at it as it happened when it was supposed to happen. Sometimes I fall into the trap of "if i started when i was 16..." but at the same time, everything that had happened in our lives would be on a completely different course. All the love lost and found, people met and laughs shared..Wouldn't want to give that up. Also, as a teenager, I was not mature enough to responsibly use a good body. If I was built as a teen instead of fat, I probably would have ended up being extremely egotistical(ie a jerk). In this sense, I think the things I went through made me better and stronger then if I would have started earlier. The fact that you are making the change at all is better than most who never do. Just my thoughts on it.
