REAL maple syrup. The good stuff. Expensive. Imported from exotic Vermont. Good for you in moderation, of course.0 -
Fast food, caffeinated drinks, junk food, white bread, and not to much butter. I don't think you should NEVER have those things though. I think it's perfectly ok to have a candy bar or 1 pop every now and then as long as you still exercise.0

My goals are for the rest of my life, not for the short term. I know I'll be exposed to ice cream and cake (I have children and they want cake for their birthdays), I have my Timmies (all my Canadians will know what this is), I drink pop and have my Rum and Coke. I enjoy chips, cookies, crackers, etc. I eat what I want, when I want, but its ok to save some for another day (or someone else).
I hear a lot of "Don't Eat Humans" - If the Zombie Apocalypses happens and I become one, your damn straight I'll eat to survive0 -

I personally try to avoid;
1) Overly sweet coffee drinks
2) Potato chips
3) Soda
4) Seafood (Some sea creatures are scary looking, so that's why.)
5) White bread (It feels and tastes odd, I prefer rye or sourdough.)0 -

Literally! lolIt all depends on your goals. For instance bananas are VERY healthy, but also high in calories. Which is why it was probably there. My advice is diet sodas, zero calorie sweeteners, red meat, frozen foods/meals (even if they are low calorie!) and probably the last one would be potato chips.
Diet sodas are a must to avoid though; they can literally rot your brain because of the mixture of zero calorie sweeteners and caffeine. Zero calorie sweeteners make you crave carbs anyways, but this stuff gives you mood swings, and destroys brain cells. Bananas have fiber and potassium which are two main things you want when you're trying to lose weight. If you're worried about the calories walk to the grocery store to get one so it's already burnt off :]
