I could start seeing a diff around Day 10.0 -

I think I'm addicted to squats now. Finished challenge but I'm still going to get higher. Did 255 yesterday and aiming for 260 today.0

250 squats done! thanks for this awesome challenge, its motivated me to do more, I did a virtual 5K on the weekend, and have signed up for 50 miles in May Challenge. I also want to keep up with the squats, but not 250, lol, maybe 100 to 150 on the same type of schedule. Awesome challenge! Thanks again!0

Congrats! My daughter and I just finished and I can really tell a huge difference! I think I'll keep doing squats - maybe add holding weights or something to make it more challenging - to keep up the results.0

I just started yesterday and I am super excited to see the post! I am used to doing squats quite a bit so I am doing them both in the morning and evening, so I guess doubling them. I am a little nervous though. I am 32 week pregnant and will finish 20 days before my schedualed c/s. I have 2 year old twins so I prob wont be able to check in every day but will try to as often as possible. Wish me luck.0

I like this challenge a lot, and I suck at squats a lot. (It's a lower back thing and i need a lot of work on the muscles used to perform squats.)

I was wondering what to do after I was done with 30 days...I think I will continue as well but where to end? 300? 400? 500? I don't want to start over with 5 or 10!

I just started 5 days ago and was a bit intimidated at first, but I just wanted to comment on how effective this challenge has been for me. The rest day fell on the day that I take a class that includes squats, and wow my performance had noticeably improved. Great challenge!
