Funny, I was thinking about posting a thread like this. Ocean Spray cranberry pomegranate water mixer. It is 5 calories, not zero like most, but the taste is amazing and not too sweet.
I ordered some flat out hungry girl fold-it's. they're like tortilla buns. 100 calories but really good.
Fiber one makes a protein bar that tastes just like a candy bar.
Of course I love my EAS Advantage pre-packaged protein shakes. Chocolate Fudge, yum!
Probably the product that's helped me the most is Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Balsamic Vinegarette. It's 15 calories for 2 Tablespoons. Love it!!! But you kinda have to like vinegar.
Thanks for the tip on the chicken hot dogs. I love hot dogs. I will have to try them.
They come in little tube shaped packages, probably 8 or 10 to a box. They're typically used a tube per 16 oz. bottle of water, but that's a bit strong for my tastes. I usually put in about 3/4 of the little tube/packet.0 -
Dried cranberries. A small amount (10g) on Bran Flakes or sprinkled over a salad really gives the food a sweet and slightly chewy kick and all for only 30 calories or so...0

Chobani 0% Greek Yogurt. Load with fresh berries in addition to the flavors. 140 cals plus berries.
Trader Joes Lime Floes - Popsickle that is just 60 calories and they taste like slightly sweetened fresh limes. Awesome.

Or less frequent indulgences and weeding out the ones that really weren't that special but I wasn't turning down before. Why eat ice cream if it isn't Butter Pecan or Chocolate Moose Tracks (my 2 favorites)?
For a quick healthy snack I like a small handful of raisins and almonds. You have to be careful with the portions on that though.
Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereals are a good popcorn alternative that can double as a meal.0 -

Cucumber slices with a wedge of Laughing Cow light cheese topped with a craisin is delicious!
goooooood idea!! I am addicted to the following...
- laughing cow light cheese, as aforementioned
- triscuit thin crisps topped with a light cream cheese, seafood sauce and imitation crab
- pita bites (they're from costco...sensible portions is the brand i think)
- open nature frozen greek yogurt in honey flavor or vanilla topped with berries or half a banana for a high protein and incredibly indulgent feeling dessert
- a big old bowl of cucumber slices with coarse salt and vinegar
- roasted chickpeas w coarse salt & garam masala
Meal wise, about 75% of the new recipes I've tried have been from skinnytaste. OMNOMazing!
Ps. I realize this isn't low cal so much as no cal but I've discovered that diet pop makes me want all the world's junkfood so instead I started drinking grapefruit Perrier, which got expensive so I switched to club soda and bought a ton of citrus and it's a really refreshing drink!0 -
