    I am thinking about 180 for now. But I will see when I get there. I am always going to have a butt, boobs and hips. So that is going to be taken into consideration.

    my goal is 123-125

    May I ask how long it took you to get to 127 from 140? I'm on my 3rd week of Turbo Fire (Cardio Kickboxing Class) and hoping to get into the 120s by mid July.

    I'm 5'5" and 50 years old. I'm targeting body fat to 20-22%, which should put me around 145-155. I have never in my entire life been less than 165.

    I'm 5'5" and I've been maintaining around 122-126. Any lower than that and I start to look too thin.

    I'm 5'6" (28 yrs old). My initial goal was 130 lbs and I weighed in at 128 yesterday. My goal now is 125....but to primarily gain muscle and lower body fat. I'm not so concerned about the number on the scale as long as I can tell my body is changing and tightening (my weight sticks to my tummy):P

    Anyone who has similar goals can feel free to add me for motivation and support:)

    I am 5'6 and my goal weight is about 135-140, right now I am aprox 158/160 and keep getting told I look really good, but need to get the rest of the weight off of my back so that I don't end up back in that damn wheelchair. When I was in my chair I ballooned up to 202lbs from 168.

    I am 5'6 and my goal is 122. That is 10 pounds higher than what I weighed until I was 48. My bone structure is small, so that does make a difference too.

    I am 5'-6.5" and am currently at 126.2 with my goal at 125 (I'm so close, and it's taking forever!).

    Once I finally hit my goal, I am going to switch my calories to maintenance mode and try and tone up a bit. I'm overall happy with the way I look right now except my abs are still SO flabby, but I honestly think that's mostly about toning and less about losing more weight.

    EDIT - just to add that I am 24 (until Sunday), and have not had any kids yet. I also run 30-40 miles per week, which is why I want to keep my weight down. Before I started running I was happy at about 140 (which I reached after losing 30 lbs - I started at 170 in May 2011).
