    I can't believe I'm doing this...
It is my goal to sculpt and build some more muscle for the perfect bikini-ready body... As you can see, I am in desperate need of defining more abs (plus everywhere else... haha :/)
Nonetheless, these are progress pictures of my "Toning mission"! C:

I understand you want more definition - I do too! But may I just say, you look like a goddess! I love the smoothness and femininity of your body! You should be so proud, you are beautifully built! And, once you get some more definition going on, will be unstoppable! :drinker:

    Haha! C':
N'aww! Thank you so much! It really means a lot to me. <3
Well... I just want to work a little bit harder on defining a more "hour-glass" like figure and then, I will hopefully be content (at last)! >:)
  • wow, so inspiring to look at these photos. You all look great. Well done

Wow you all look so amazing. It really gives me the incentive to keep going. I have lost 50 pounds a year ago before MFP but i kind of stopped working on losing weight for awhile and just maintained it. Now I am really working hard on losing my last half of weight and stop being lazy. I don't want to keep loosing and gaining the same 20 pounds. You all gave me the inspiration to keep going that there will be a light at the end of this difficult journey. Thank you all. I do have a question. I am 21 years old. Will my stretch marks from being overweight ever go away?

Most likely not, they will lighten up, mine have lighten up a lot

But they are still there for sure. They have creams out that can help with them. I'm actually using jergens natural glow right now, but that's cus I have really white skin. I hear that Mederma works really good but its pretty expensive.

If you're asking me - my diary's open - feel free to have a look, but to summarise

Workouts: Ride approx. 2hours-5 hours 3 days on 1 off. Occasional Walk with next doors dog.

Food: lots of it. Not faddy, fussy or particularly clean, just keeping the kCals down somewhere near MFP's figures

Hey, we all do! But they are just thoughts!!! Dont have to follow your thoughts, just get back to it :)

I was at the same point when I found this thread again today! Instead I'm impressed and cant wait till the day I can show off pics like these! and I will take the advice you gave, too, just thoughts!

    You look great btw!

Haha - Most people tend to run and hide when they see sasquatch coming :P

Thank you very much. Great progress yourself! :)

Your warning made me laugh my *kitten* off. Great progress, but some women find hairy men sexy. ;)
