I'll be in too. That would put me reaching my final goal just when I go back to work. (teacher) I am going on vacation tomorrow so it will be a rocky start, but good motivation not to throw myself under the bus either. My weigh-in right now is 149.9. Good luck everyone. I won't check back until next weekend b/c I'll be without a computer. I'll be writing everything down to keep "mental track". :happy:0

Since our thread from last month was locked at 500 posts, I'm first going to say I weighed in this morning at 183.5!!
July starting weight 195.5
July end weight 183.5
Total for July = 12 lb!!!!
Now I will say... I'm in for the month of August as well. This will be month 3 for me in this challenge.

I'll do this...I didn't really stay focused in July, so I rarely logged in (boo me!).

Burn more than you take in! That sounds sooooo easy but is soooooo hard!

I got in six miles on the treadmill and burned 750 calories before breakfast. I am feeling it in my legs right now but it is a great feeling!0 -
