    Another late starter. Weight loss has slowed tremendously Since I started back in May of 2012. Have lost 31lbs since then and have 21lbs to goal weight ( I will re-evaluate once I reach goal)

    When I joined MFP in March 2013 I hadd already been trying to eat healthy and exercise. Weight seemed to be coming off so slow, so truly appreciate the significant weight loss this morning.

    No specific dates for weighing in yet. I work 12 hour nights, different each week and weigh in after I'm off a day or two with real sleep and hours between eating. But I do check in once a week between Sunday and Saturday.

    I really don't know how they came off because I`ve excercised less this past week, I ate junk sunday and i binged a bit, ate 3 ice cream bars like the magnum ones.... I do have a cold, maybe that's it?? Anyway, I`ll take it and I`m not complaining for the past 2 months, I've been losing a pound or two per week!! This really made my day...:love::flowerforyou:

    SW - starting weight - the weight you were when you started trying to lose (whether that was a week, month of year ago or is today)
    CW - current weight - your weight at the start of the May challenge
    GW - goal weight - your goal for May (i.e. what you want to weight on May 31st)
    UGW - ultimate goal weight - your endgame weight, the weight you'll stop losing at and go into maintenance
