I can't believe I'm doing this...
It is my goal to sculpt and build some more muscle for the perfect bikini-ready body... As you can see, I am in desperate need of defining more abs (plus everywhere else... haha )
Nonetheless, these are progress pictures of my "Toning mission"! C:
I understand you want more definition - I do too! But may I just say, you look like a goddess! I love the smoothness and femininity of your body! You should be so proud, you are beautifully built! And, once you get some more definition going on, will be unstoppable! :drinker:
Haha! C':
N'aww! Thank you so much! It really means a lot to me.
Well... I just want to work a little bit harder on defining a more "hour-glass" like figure and then, I will hopefully be content (at last)!0 -
wow, so inspiring to look at these photos. You all look great. Well done0

Hello folks,
Welcome to the most obnoxious after shot, EVAAAAAR!
Before - just over 16 stone (224lb), August 2010
After - just over 10.5 stone (147lb), May 2013
Former fatty, recovering binge eater, PCOS soul cyster, Zumba instructor, kettlebell-swinger and the happiest I have ever been.
What do I like best? I'm nicknamed 'Guns' in my fitness classes, that'll do me nicely!

wow you did an awesome job!! congrats! i'm very proud of you0 -
Wow you all look so amazing. It really gives me the incentive to keep going. I have lost 50 pounds a year ago before MFP but i kind of stopped working on losing weight for awhile and just maintained it. Now I am really working hard on losing my last half of weight and stop being lazy. I don't want to keep loosing and gaining the same 20 pounds. You all gave me the inspiration to keep going that there will be a light at the end of this difficult journey. Thank you all. I do have a question. I am 21 years old. Will my stretch marks from being overweight ever go away?0

Most likely not, they will lighten up, mine have lighten up a lot
But they are still there for sure. They have creams out that can help with them. I'm actually using jergens natural glow right now, but that's cus I have really white skin. I hear that Mederma works really good but its pretty expensive.0 -

If you're asking me - my diary's open - feel free to have a look, but to summarise
Workouts: Ride approx. 2hours-5 hours 3 days on 1 off. Occasional Walk with next doors dog.
Food: lots of it. Not faddy, fussy or particularly clean, just keeping the kCals down somewhere near MFP's figures0 -
