I had so many different distractions this week...was below my calories 2-3 times this week...didn't get my water in about 3 days this week...only made it to the gym 4 days, only one day of weight training this week...tomorrow is the start of a new week and I am back on track

Had a firm talking to myself this week about wasting my time and why I am bothering to me on MFP at all. Seems to have done the trick and I an sticking to my eating plan and hitting the gym pretty hard. Perhaps I stand some chance of making that goal after all?
