HW: 230 (before joining MFP)
CW: 192.8
GW: 175 (what I weighed at my wedding 8+ years ago)
UGW: 150 --which puts me in a size 10
I'm 5'10". I've never worn a single digit size--EVER! So, if I could tone my body, or lose enough to wear an 8, I'd be super happy! But, I've been (stuck) at 150 before and it's a healthy weight for my "football player" frame!0 -

eeks i was 84 kgs when i started im 165cms tall 5ft 5 that is like 186lbs in pounds it sounds so bad , anyway my goal weight is 65kgs which converts to 143lbs which still sounds like a lot lol since starting here two weeks ago ive lost 2kgs and weigh in again tomorrow0

My goal is 59kgs, I am 62Kgs at the moment. Oh dear...I have to use a converter to understand all the figures I see here! :-D
Haha, Finally I have found someone who uses kg instead of lbs here :laugh:
I am not sure how much I really weigh at the moment (got to buy the batteries for my scale first).
Although I am not really in a strict mission of achieving any 'goal weight' at the moment (my focus is more to toning up my body), I'd say, 47-50kg is the ideal range of weight for me as I am only 5 '2''0 -
Well I plan on losing some body fat and hopefully adding a little muscle to reach around a more toned 140, which is the weight I am currently. So hoping to reach 135 goal weight and then "bulk" up a little to around 140 pounds as an ultimate goal weight.0

Im 5ft 2in - current weight 130 - goal weight not to exceed 125 - want to get to about 120 - so i have some room during maintaining - but as i was reading alot of responses - im wondering if 125 seems to high - should i be aiming for more like 115? alot of ppl taller than me are less - so im just curious - thanks0

I would like to weigh about 150 with lean muscle. I looked my best at 150 even though some thing that sounds big for a woman. But I was mostly muscle. so I need to loose a lot. I have let my self go---major, depression, despair and sorrow kicked my butt.0

Ideally, I'd like to be 140. I'm 5'8" and my family tends to weigh more than we look like we weigh, so I think much under 140 and I'd start to look sickly.
I'm currently at ~205, which is by far the heaviest I have ever been.0 -
