    Smoothie: 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt (2%MF), 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries, and 1/4 cup of almond milk.

    and .... 3 eggs scrambled with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil with a pinch of S&P.
