    Quaker instant oatmeal w/ 1/3 cup milk, 2/3 water, 1tbs brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. And of course COFFEE!

    1 banana - woke up late and had to eat it on the run - don't recommend it though, ended up eating biscuits on offer at work :-(

    I don't usually eat breakfast, but I didn't eat dinner last night so I was hungry this morning for a change. I had eggs with sauteed onions and artichoke hearts with a but of grated Parmesan cheese.

    Greek yogurt, a spoonful of jam and a Special K red berries cereal bar crumpled in. I went for a 5km run though first and it wasn't filling enough so I was hungry all morning :(. Something more filling tomorrow I think!
