I ate a cup of skim milk, a magic milk straw, and a little bit of dark chocolate with chili.

1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 fresh peach, sliced
Tbs of honey

Coffee with whey/almond milk for creamer, raw honey, cacao, and coconut oil.
Brunch is almost always some Greek yogurt, hemp seeds, and some berries or fruit of some sort. Later... "late brunch" Ha ha! I usually have a couple of medium boiled eggs.0 -

A "pancake" made with two egg whites and 1/3 cup dry oats. Topped it with 2 TBL of Peanut Butter and Co. Dark Chocolate Wonderful peanut butter.

Chobani Raspberry Yogurt
1/8 cup Quaker Granola
1/8 cup Archer Farms Heart HEalthy Blueberry Nut Mix
1/2 tbsp organic flaxseed meal
1/3 cup blackberries
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup coffee with a tbsp of half n half.
Layer in a tall glass and enjoy...it is Heaven!0 -
