    Goal defeated!! I'm so excited :) Even though my ticker's wrong and I can't figure out how to reset my starting point, I've actually lost 4.6lbs this month. I've never done that before. Now I'll have to try it for next month too!

    No specific dates for weighing in yet. I work 12 hour nights, different each week and weigh in after I'm off a day or two with real sleep and hours between eating. But I do check in once a week between Sunday and Saturday.

    5/30 215.4 Fought a 3 lb gain these past two weeks, finally got it back.

    My check in dates are whenever I remembered to weigh in but as you can see my weight was up and down and very disappointing at times but for the most part I think I ended the month pretty good I also have been taking pictures and did some side by side comparison so that was very motivating to see a difference it really help keep me moving
