It's a winner but you haven't tried it???
No thanks, I will stick to actual pizza as there's nothing wrong with it.0 -

Well, nobody else has tried it yet, so I figured I'd be the guinea pig. I used reduced fat cream cheese rather than the real deal, but everything else listed. It came out pretty well, only I didn't bake the crust by itself near long enough. It had more of pancake consistency, rather than being crispy, which made it eat like lasagna vs. pizza. Still, if you're looking for low carb pizza, I'd say give it a try.

1300 cals isn't that much for a juicy pizza like that. I'd eat it in one sitting.0

One of my friends posted this on facebook. It looks like a pizza dish my mom made when I was growing up.0
-
Aww, that's mean.
When I saw the photo, then the caption 'no crust' ... I was in love. Now I'm just hungry. :P
I suppose you're right Captain. 1300 calories isn't a lot for a pizza. It IS better than a take-out. Maybe I could just eat a little ...
Crap, it was that kind of thinking that brought me here in the first place.0 -
bump looks good0

I am going to try this with low fat cream cheese, egg whites, mushrrooms, veggies, and canadian bacon/ham. I have all the ingredients except the cream cheese... can't wait to try this.0

Yum! Just started low carb and I'm definitely going to be craving pizza soon. Wonder if I could make it in a single serving dish.0

I made with with chicken, tomatoes and jalapeños. Pretty good, I saw the same recipe with 4oz which I think would make it less doughy, I will cook the crust a little longer my next try, and try less cream cheese option. This is also gluten free. Bonus for me..I miss pizza, great option.0

I could never cook this, I would probably sit down and eat the whole thing. I am terrible when it comes to eating pizza.0

My mum was doing low carb when I was a teen and she would make "meatza". Basically you make a meatloaf mix, spread it over the bottom of a pan, bake it, then top it like it was a pizza. It was the dogs bollocks.0
