    I'm down about 5lbs from my starting weight. Yayy! Aiming for 10-15 more this month. I'll definitely be happy with 10, but 15 would be GREAT!!

    Thanks for making this thread!! I think it is great to have others help keep you in check for your goals. If I loose the 5 lbs in august, I will have 6.5 lbs left!!

    Once again it stuck. I lost 2 lbs! Next week won't be so good because of TOM so I figure 2 pounds over 2 weeks would be great! I think subconciously I cheat a little on weigh in day. I was home today and I ended up eating a lot. I have a headache from all the sodium too (high blood pressure). I walked but didn't do a full workout like I wanted to. My husband also had the day off so we hung out instead. Small pleasures that win over the greater goal. Tomorrow I will be back on track! Good night. :yawn:

    Still here pushing play, today was Kenpo X my fav.... tomorrow is X-stretch!!! i will probably throw in some walking or pilates or something.... i will be giving blood tomorrow so i guess its a good thing tomorrow is stretch!!! LOL Hope everyone had a good week and TGIF tomorrow!!!!

    I'm down 1lb today and setting my focus on maintaining current weight and getting ready for the 75km MS bike fundraiser on August 22. I live in Toronto, so getting on my bike regularly is not an easy (or safe!) task... hopefully all the running and other cardio exercise I HAVE been doing will make the ride easier :tongue:

    Whooohooo it's weigh in day!! I am down 2.6 this week!! I was up 1.5 last week, so really it's only 1.1 over two weeks. But I will take it! Only 5.5 pounds from goal!!

    I am down 0.8 today so almost a lb I will take it I know now for sure that eating back the exercise calories don't work for me I am totally convinced and I'm not saying that it's not the right thing to do I am just speaking about what works and don't work for me!!     I'm down 4 lbs this week and that's with TOM!! That's halfway to my goal for this month and only 21 lbs left to my goal weight. I'm so excited! I didn't get to do my Zumba class all week, but I did walk a mile and a half everyday.

    Congratulations to all of you who lost weight this week too!! For those of you who didn't, please don't let it discourage you, everyone has ups and downs, just stay strong, push through, and next week will be great!!

    Hi guys, i'm back from holidaying in the South of France, had fab weather, ate probably too much and most certainly drank too much - and thats not water!! LOL (which i know i didnt drink enough of), tried to do a couple of miles running every now and again but it was so warm even at 9.00am, did quite a bit of walking as well

    i had a sneaky peak at the scales today and think i may have gained a couple of pounds but i am going to try and drink loads of water hoping it could be that, and will see on monday at what my true weight is for august, so i am going to set myself 5lbs to lose august and i think this will have to include the holiday gain.

    need to get motivated again for this month and burn those cals

    cnbethea- congrats on your .8! Does this officially put you in the 150s? I know you were close! Great job!

    I had an AWESOME burn Friday at the gym and home workout. Then I went out to dinner and ate those calories back with junk :( I should've eaten something healthy, but ah well. Yesterday I canned peaches with my mom, and it took all day, so I didn't get a workout in. I was so exhausted and felt like crap. It put me in a very negative state of mind and I ate cookies and ice cream, barely hitting maint cals for the day. That negative mood is threatening to carry over to today, so I need to kick myself in the butt and turn things around.

    I have just been doing so badly on weekends lately, I am considering doing a biweekly weigh in including Monday and Friday to help deter my bad eating. That's going to be bad when I finally hit maint phase and start gaining! I've got to get out of the habit!

    Jessica I know you will get things straight you have done an amazing job and goal is right around the corner for you so definitely get to working on a plan for you to maintain over the weekends there is no gaining once you hit goal :bigsmile: ..............................and nope not back in the 150's yet that made 160.4 hopefully this Friday for sure and I hope I get so deep no more turning back finalyy uggggghhhhh!!

    I started at what I'll call 215, though the week before was 218, but this morning was 212. That means I have one more pound for my goal, but I definitely won't let that slow me down. One snag though is that on thursday I will be going home to visit friends for a week and a half, which means a lot of eating out and probably not much in the way of running, but I have resolve to be good!

    weighed myself today and yepp i sure gained on holiday, it was 2.8 pound :grumble: . so that is 2.8 to go for holiday gain and hopefully another 2.2 for my goal for august, whether this is achievable as i am so close to my goal weight and the scales hadnt been moving before, if i can just lose the holiday gain then i will be happy :happy:
