    You are the same height as me and same starting weight, so this really hits home for me! I just finished my third workout of NROL4W and I am so glad I did. It's encouraging that you were eating 1800 cals/day. I've got mine set for 1500-1600 right now, but it's still good to know I don't have to get near 1200 to still lose weight and look awesome :) Thank you!
