Im in!! I have been struggling these last 8 months with my weightloss. May 16th of this year Marked my 1 year Anniversay on MFP and I am down 32lbs (from 212 lbs to 180 lbs). I anticipated reaching my goal weight of 160 by the end of January this year, but here I am 4 months passed that and 20lbs from goal. Hopefuly this challenge will give me the boost I need. I lost 6 pounds in May with only minor dietary changes, so hopefully this month I can make a bigger impact by adding excercise back in.0 -

Just for fun: I plan to lift weights 3x a week and run 3x a week0 -
Last month I focused more on counting calories and cardio to lose pounds and get out of the obese category and I reached that goal! This month I will focus more on inches lost with weight training than pounds lost with cardio. I'll take my measurements tomorrow and compare at the end of the month. So my goal for this month isn't necessarily about losing pounds - it's really about getting into three pairs of shorts that I'd love to wear this summer.

I'm running 3 times a week and have run two 5Ks already this year! I'm signed up for another challenge where I've set a goal of 50 miles for myself.
