I had a nearly 2lb loss this morning so I'm likely going to sit at 161 for a while. Not sure if 5lbs this month is going to happen but it doesn't hurt to try! If I can even hit the 150's in June I'll be happy.

I have been cutting for ages and according to my calculations another 5 lbs loss will put me right at or below 10% BF which has always been my end goal. Another 5 lbs for me is significant but I know I can do it. Also: anyone can feel free to add me as a friend

Trying to lose the few lbs I gained gorging on bonbons last semester, train for a backpacking trip, and get back into the boxing gym on the daily. I tend to burn myself out overtraining and undereating, but I'll give it my best this month. I'm also switching up my diet to something like a modified paleo diet, so I'm interested to see how that affects me.
I don't have a mileage goal since most of my training is going to be in the gym, but I should be pack training at least 10 miles once per week with a 40lb pack.0 -

First time doing this...I hope I remember to post! I normally weigh myself every Friday, so I just need to add this to my routine.
Anyways, I'm going to Florida at the end of this month and I'm definitely hoping to lose at least 5 pounds this month! My exercise is playing beach volleyball and classes most of the time, so recording steps/distances wouldn't really work for me.

I really like to run and walk, but sometimes I get into a funk and just lay around being tired and depressed unless I'm training for an event. This goal has me walking 2 miles per weekday in June, which is totally doable if I get into a routine and don't make excuses.0 -
