Hey, for the crunch part of this challenge... is anyone else doing hanging crunches? And in the same quantity as the squats?
If I try to do them on the floor, my dogs try to rescue me. (Haven't been able to train it out of them in eight years, so I don't expect it to happen now.)0 -

Day 1 Check!!! Did 50squats after running 5.25miles. Felt the burn!!0

My cousin and I had already planned on starting this today so it will be nice to have a whole group doing it! I am in and feel free to add me! I did my 50!0

My trainer told me to never do the same strength training two days in a row, so I did the squat challenge but added a day of rest in between each day. I have gotten up to 110 squats and my quads are nice and visible now (they definitely weren't before)! But good luck to all of you!0

Fell off after the first week last time, but I'm down to start again. Lets keep it up until the end of the month!0

I was told to just add squats to my rotation and to add weight instead of reps (not a whole lot, mind you). Do them until you feel the burn like you did after completing day 30!0
