  • OK, I'll do it. I guess all squats are done at the same time? No breaking it up throughout the day?

    I would definitely be in! Does anyone know if the squats have to be completed one after another, or do you complete 50 squats in a day's time?

    I had the same question myself so I did some research. The squats can be broken up, which is a good thing otherwise most people would give up after 10 squats. There is no way someone who is not athletic can achieve 50 squats on day one, that is an unreachable goal! Just be sure to complete all the squats the chart states within a day's time.

    Day 1 = 50 squats DONE! Also did day 1 of the 30 day crunch challenge and day 1 of the June push up challenge:)
  • I will join in on the fun :wink: I will begin on Sunday - June 2nd. I may have to break up my squats throughout the day.

    I may have to do them against the wall (have had a few back surgeries and left with a weak leg), but want to do this!

    i started one today to but i started at 250 LOL and thats day 30 on this one i also did
    250 squats
    125 sit ups
    125 crunches
    planks X5 holding for 2 minutes each
    150 lunges
    250 jumping jacks
    75 leg raises
    75 scissors
    75 one leg at at time raises

    Great, didn't need the wall after all!! I'll see how that goes at the end of the month, LOL! That's what I did it physical therapy so I thought I might need it, proud to say I don't quite yet!

    June 1st- 50 Squats done!

    At first, I thought, hmmm starting with 50 squats -- that is crazy!! Seems it isn't as crazy as I thought when mixed in with circuit training, I do that many for sure... lol

    Count me in :laugh: No pain; no gain, right?

    I did this last month! (Plus C25K) It was really challenging and I did skip some days (maybe 3) and shifted my rest days around , but I am a lot more toned, lost 1 inch total on my hips, 2.5 on my waist, 1 inch on each thigh and my pants fit so much better! It was such an awesome feeling when I did that 250th squat! I am cheering y'all on! I didn't start tracking my food until last week, so many of you will probably have a lot more drastic losses (inch and weight) than I did.
