I will begin on Sunday - June 2nd. I may have to break up my squats throughout the day.

I may have to do them against the wall (have had a few back surgeries and left with a weak leg), but want to do this!

i started one today to but i started at 250 LOL and thats day 30 on this one i also did
250 squats
125 sit ups
125 crunches
planks X5 holding for 2 minutes each
150 lunges
250 jumping jacks
75 leg raises
75 scissors
75 one leg at at time raises0 -

Great, didn't need the wall after all!! I'll see how that goes at the end of the month, LOL! That's what I did it physical therapy so I thought I might need it, proud to say I don't quite yet!

At first, I thought, hmmm starting with 50 squats -- that is crazy!! Seems it isn't as crazy as I thought when mixed in with circuit training, I do that many for sure... lol

I did this last month! (Plus C25K) It was really challenging and I did skip some days (maybe 3) and shifted my rest days around , but I am a lot more toned, lost 1 inch total on my hips, 2.5 on my waist, 1 inch on each thigh and my pants fit so much better! It was such an awesome feeling when I did that 250th squat! I am cheering y'all on! I didn't start tracking my food until last week, so many of you will probably have a lot more drastic losses (inch and weight) than I did.0
