    1 whole egg and 4 egg whites scrambled with 2 tbsp. of Parmesan cheese, 5 chopped cherry tomatoes, 5 mushroom sliced chopped into smaller bits, a handful of fresh spinach, and 2 slices of honey ham deli meat.
  • whole grain cinnamon toast and cup of coffee. (hersheys chocolate caramel creamer in coffee/truvia on toast and in coffee)

    a banana but made waffles for lunch so had to save room for them
  • Overnight Vita-Brits (4 x 66 = 264) soaked in soya milk (48) overnight for sogginess with honey (39) on top, and some sliced banana (99) and apple (66) with organic peanut butter (160) :D

    = 676 calories.
    (I eat 1300 a day and am currently at a maintenance weight, recovering from 4 years with severe anorexia.)

    Three boiled eggs. This was surprisingly filling. Probably due to:

    Lots of fat
    Lots of protein
    No sugar

    All these three made it a cheap, convenient and very healthy and filling breakfast.

    Nonfat Greek yogurt with a scoop of vanilla whey protein and an apple - that's pretty much what I have for breakfast every day lol.
  • Chobani plain nonfat greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey, four fresh strawberries, and a slice of wheat toast. Oh, and cucumber white tea with Splenda.
