    1 tbsp. Irish cream creamer

    all for 248 calories
    add the30DS and 15 min walk
    and my breakfast was-19 calories
    and I'm feeling full!

    Homemade green smoothie (spinach, kale, frozen berries and pineapple, a splash of almond milk), and a couple hours after that I had my protein bar. Today was a Jay bar, but ugh...I'll go back to my Nogii bars. Much better!
